Lajos király Vitus nyitrai püspök bemutatásában és részére átírja és megerősíti a püspök Trencsén megyei Dobraas nevű possessiójához tartozó darab föld határjárásáról az esztergomi káptalan által 1346. december 6-án kiadott bizonyságlevelet. Eredeti, hártya, első 5 sorában 2-3 szónyi hiány. Hátlapján rányomott pecsét helye. Pecsét alatt relációs felj.
