Ország Mihály nádor tudatja a címzettel Barcha-i András, István és Miklós panaszát, amely szerint ezek Abaúj megyei Pere possessiójuk határában az elmúlt zavaros időkben Bewd-i András sok szántót, cserjést és promontoriumot elfoglalt, melyek Bewd possessió szomszédságában a Bewd-ből Zantho felé vezető út mellet fekszenek és azokat jelenleg is használja; elrendeli egyben a panasz tárgyában a tanuvallatást és Bewd-i András megidézését inszinuációval Jakab apostol nyolcadára (aug.1.) a nádor prézenciája elé.
