Az esztergomi káptalan előtt Helmech-i György Bothfalua-i Both Jakab fia: Zsigmond és Zsigmond fiai: László, Péter és Benedek és még ugyancsak név szerint felsorolt Bothfalua-i hozzátartozóik nevében tiltakozott az ellen, hogy Homonna-i István és Bertalan Bothfalwa-i possessiojuk határában Laka.. és Perkoch határának megjárása idején nagy darab szántóföldeket, réteket, ligeteket vegyenek tulajdonukba.
