A tinnini káptalan jelenti, hogy eléje járult Zwcha-i István fia: Gáspár és jelentette, hogy szükségtől kényszerítve a Zokol vármegyében fekvő Othok, Zwchya, Topolane, Omersal, Brezthovicze és Lokuichichy birtokokban lévő birtokrészeit, amelyek őt részben öröklött jogon, részben vásárlás, részben pedig zálog címén illetik, 600 arany forintért elzálogosította Frangepán Bertalan Groffnak és örököseinek.
