László király (Hungarie, Bohemie, Dalmacie, Croacie ect rex, Austrieque et Stirie dux necnon marchio Moraiua) Levew-i Péter fiainak: Antalnak és Mihálynak, valamint Antal fiainak: Györgynek Benedeknek, Mihálynak, Péternek, Gergelynek, Lászlónak címert adományoz. - A címer leírása: Kék mezőben szarvaival fölfelé fordult sárga félhold hajlásában három (2,1) hatágú sárga csillag, melyek ágaikkal a félholdat érintik, a félhold alatt egy hasonló csillag. Sisakdísz: pajzsbeli félhold két csúcsán egy-egy szárára állított nyolcágú sárga csillag, a félhold ölében egy hatágú sárga csillag. Takaró: kék-sárga. - Ép viaszpecsét sárga, zöld selyemzsinóron. LÁSZLÓ 5 KIRÁLY
