Báthori István országbíró Palasth-i Simon fiai: Egyed és Demeter perét Kowar-i Pál mester fiai: László és János ellen Lythwarth alio nomine Alsopalasth Hont megyei birtok tárgyában böjtközépről (márc. 23.), amelyre Vízkereszt nyolcadáról az országlakók összes királyi kúriabeli pereit halasztották, Jakab apostol nyolcadára halasztja a felek prókátorainak, Kyrthes-i Gergelynek és Tergebech-i Mihály fia Jánosnak a kérésére.
