A zalai konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte Benczereche-i Bekews Imre a visszaváltásig elzálogosította 2 magyar arany forintért bizonyos, az oklevélben közelebbről megjelölt (Bánpuszta, Bodonkút, Ffelsekw, Nagyerdewalya) szántóföldjeit és rétjeit Benczereche-i Kozma Tamásnak és Jakabnak.
