A nyitrai (Nittriensis) káptalan előtt Vyfalu-i János fia Miklós kötelezi magát, hogy a Dyvek-i Jouka fia Bálintnak a turóci (de Thuruch) konvent előtt elzálogosított Basan birtokrész helyett Vyfalu-n megfelelő nagyságú és értékű földet ad.
