A szepesi káptalan előtt Qwak-i Joseph fia Joseph és István tanúsítják, hogy Qwak birtokukból azokat a részeket, amelyeket Druget Vilmos nádor Frank fia Mihály szolgája által elfoglaltatott, amint visszaszerzik, anyjuk fiának: Miklósnak adományozzák, mivel Miklós nagybátyja, Tamás Thorcza-i plébános segítette őket a birtokszerzésben.
