Szepesi Jakab országbíró tudtul adja, hogy a pert, amelyet Berench-i László fiai: János és Miklós Kysanarch-i Jakab fia Fábián ellen az országbíró halasztólevele szerint Szent György nyolcadán hatalmaskodás tárgyában viseltek, királyi parancsra a jelen hadjárat miatt Szent Mihály nyolcadára halasztotta.
