Palocz-i László comes országbíró az egri káptalanhoz. Jelentette előtte Balahth-i Pál, hogy a Gömörmegye-i Gezthethe nevű birtokban lévő fundus curieba akarja magát bevezettetni, amely őt vétel jogán megilleti.Megkéri tehát a káptalant, küldje ki testimoniumát, akinek a jelenlétében a királyi ember szálljon ki Gezthethe birtokhoz és abban a jelzett fundushoz és a szomszédok jelenlétében vezesse be annak a birtokába Balahth-i Pált. – Kijelölt királyi emberek: Nicolaus de Kwthos, aut Andreas de Sykathor, vel Michael de Kysfalud, neve Gaspar de eadem.
