A jászói konvent jelenti Lajos királynak, hogy 1517. október 23-i parancsának megfelelően a szomszédok jelenlétében ellentmondás nélkül beiktatta Alsóbalpathaki Györgyöt, Mihályt, Ferencet és másik Györgyöt Alsó-, Felsőbalpatak és Cherveles birtokába.
