Sáros megye hatósága bizonyítja Babapathakay Bálint édesanyjának, Ilonának kérésére lefolytatott vizsgálat alapján, hogy Babapathakai Balázs minden ok nélkül bántalmazta szolgáló leányát s őt magát is bántalmazta volna, ha el nem tudott volna szaladni.
