Kozma, Torkw-i plébános és Tarcha-i alesperes jelenti Rénold fia Miklósnak, Mihály egri (Agriensis) püspök vikáriusának, hogy 1365. május 31-én Egerben kelt parancsára vizsgálatot tartott és megállapította hogy Konna asszony Trochan-i Miklós fia Tivadar felesége volt és sohasem volt Nikul felesége. Datum in Torkew, proxima feria secunda post festum Corporis Christi, anno ut supra (Mo CCCo sexagesimo quinto).
