Visegrád. Miklós nádor előtt Wgaal-i Iwanka fia Pál egyfelől, Tudbeyk fia Péter fia Miklós másfelől választott bírák közbenjárásával megegyeznek a Somogy megyei Saar folyó melletti Zaka birtokról, amelyet a király mint örökös nélkül elhunyt személy birtokát Pálnak adományozta, miszerint Zaka birtok fele Weresuezzew birtok felől Pálé, a másik fele a vám másik felével Miklósé.
