Buda (f. IV = f. Lad.) II. Lajos Batthyány Ferenc dalmát-horvát-szlavón bán kérésére átírja és megerősíti a budai káptalan 1526. június 22-én kelt fassionalisát, amely szerint Bornemyza János pozsonyi gróf és budai várnagy bizonyos feltételek mellett neki és feleségének, Katalinnak adta a Vas megyében fekvő s Németujvár várától még Ujlaky Miklós vajda s fia, Lőrinc herceg által elkülönített Hydegkwth és Thabay possessiokat.
