A budai káptalan Mátyás királynak 1464 november 25-i parancsára Veszprém megyében megtartott tanuvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint azt a panaszos előadta, illetve amint a mandátum tartalmazta, ennek következtében Tamás püspököt és többi hatalmaskodó társait Debrenthe, Zeek és Papa helységekben Vizkereszt nyolcadára /jan. 13./ a panaszos ellenében inszinuációval a királyi perszonális prézencia elé törvénybe idézték.
