Geréb Mátyás dalmát-horvát-szlavón bán tanúsítja, hogy Besthyanowcz-i Thulberty fia Miklós ötvened magával letette az esküt a körösi szent kereszt egyházban arra vonatkozóan, hogy nem támadt Gordowa-i Gáspár házára hatalmasul; az eskü letételével a bán felmenti minden perbeli kötelezettségétől.
