Kőszeg civitas Batthyány Boldizsárhoz. Védekezik Kőszeg vára várnagya, Cholnok-i Albert vádjai ellen, amelyek szerint a város adta át a várat az ellenségnek és erre vonatkozólag a tényállást adja elő. – Papír, piszkos, gyűrött – Papírfelzetes zárópecsét – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
