VI. p. Ramispalmarum. A nyitrai káptalan jelenti I. Lajos királynak, hogy Sok-i Péter királyi ember Balázs mester nyitrai kanonok jelenlétében márc. 31-én megjárta a Nyitra megyei Sypkov és Voyszka birtokokat, azokat királyi adományozás alá tartozóknak találta és beiktatta új adomány jogcímén Tamás mestert azokba. 1824. évi hiteles másolat, papír. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) NYITRAI KÁPTALAN
