Buda. III. a. d. Rogacionum. I. Lajos király, mivel a cseh Woyteh fia, Archleb és fivérei nem akarnak a Nyitra megyei Zeredahel és Chalad birtokokon lakni s azokat birtokolni, 500 márka ellenében elveszi tőlük a birtokokat s Roaaz (dictus) István mester, pozsonyi alispánnak adományozza őket a Zeredahel-i vásárral együtt, Erzsébet királynő és István herceg egyetértésével, a főpapok és bárók tanácsával.
