A fehérvári káptalan tanusítja,hogy Hédrevári Lőrinc nádor beiktató parancsa értelmáben a Pozsony megyei Apay-i Sebestyén és a Nyitra megyei Ethee-i János nádori emberekkel Bertalan karbeli klerikus, a Mindenszentek oltár rektora szept.11-én Korlathkw vár, Jablancha és Zenthgwgh birtokok és az ottani vámok,Rozwenko birtok, Lezko másnéven Podhrad puszta, Nadas birtok (Pozsony és Nyitra m) birtokába (Buchan-i) Oszvald albánt beiktatták a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében.
