Scolastice virg. A fehérvári káptalan előtt Zala fia János fehérvári polgár özvegye, Benedicta férjéről rámaradt palotáját kúriával, pincével és minden más kő és fa épülettel Fehérvárott (in castro Albensi), a Szent Péter plébániaegyházhoz vezető út mellett nyugatról, Tamás mester liptói ispánnak zálogosítja el 100 budai márkáért húsvétig.
