kKS. a. Margarethe Buda. Bathor-i István országbíró előtt Sarosfalw-i Nehez Péter vallja, hogy Beczkezhaza-i Orbán mesternek és általa fivéreinek adja a Pozsony megyei Kondoros possessiot, amely Kondoros Mártoné és Jánosé volt, továbbá a Pozsony megyei Ogya possession lévő birtokrészt, amely Chuna dictus Pálé volt, de magszakadásuk miatt a király Nehez Péternek adta őket.
