15. d. intorduc. A kapornaki konvent jelenti II. Lajos királynak, hogy Wytha-i Marthon István királyi ember és Imre pap mint hiteles ember jún. 1-én (VI. a. Trinitatis) a Zala megyei Myhalfalwa alio nomine Myhalhaza possessio felébe Akoshaza-i Sarkan Jánost zálogjogon be akarták iktatni, Zenthpetherwr-i Kys Gergely felesége, Krisztina, Lanchy István lánya nevében ellentmondott, ezért Krisztinát megidézték Sarkan János ellen Szent Mihály nyolcadára a személyes jelenlét elé.
