Brassó. VI. a. Penthec. Brassiouia. Zsigmond király Gerse-i Pethew fia, János, fia, László, zalai és vasi ispánnak és fivéreinek: Pethew-nek és Dénesnek részletezett érdemeiért a Zala megyei Rezy castrumot Rezy heggyel, ahol a vár áll, Keztel oppidumot, Rezy, Syd, Falwd, Tolmad possessiókat a Tolmad-i vámmal, az egyházak kegyuraságával, Zwnewenfelde prediumot adományozza a főpapok és bárók tanácsával az oklevélben foglalt feltétellel. Átírva Zsigmond király 1429. április 3-án kelt oklevelében.
