Miután a király hozzájárult ahhoz az adományhoz, amellyel Peder-i másként Thoron-i Dénes fia Egyed Vas megyei Bogath possessióját Theyed-i Imrének, Szombathely vára várnagyának és édes testvérének: Mihálynak adományozta, és egyben a birtokban található királyi jogot is az utóbbiaknak adományozta, most – Egyed elhalálozván – elrendeli Imre és Mihály birtokbavezetését.
