Bathor-i István országbíró bizonyságlevele a Zeech-i család tagjai között a Gömör megyei Dobowcza, Zwthor, Bakth, Peryese, Pezethe, és Thehan possessiók birtoklása tárgyában folyt perben kelt egyességről. Említve van a Nógrádmegyei Newthych és a Pest megyei Zewd. Eredeti, papir, 4 darabra szakadva, felső jobb és alsó bal felén nagyobb darab hiányzik. Hátlapján rányomott pecsét helye.
