Geréb Péter országbíró bizonyítja, hogy néhai Wethees-i István részeit a Szatmár megyei Thywkod possessióban eddig egyedül annak unokája Wethees-i Máté bírta, mivel azonban most megállapította, hogy az ugyan olyan jogon illeti Becsk Györgyöt és Jánost is, akik szintén unokái Wethees-i Istvánnak, ezeknek az őket illető részt átadta, amire vonatkozólag őt nyugtatják. – Szöveg alá nyomott piros viaszú csaknem ép pecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
