A váradi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Hathwan-i Péter a maga meg édestestvére: Gergely nevében egy lakott jobbágytelkét a Közép-Szolnok megyei Hathwan possessióban 4 nyomásban levő 16 hold szántóval és 2 réttel 16 arany forintért a visszaváltásig Zantho-i Bekcs Jánosnak elzálogosítja. – Hátlapján egyk. címszó. – Hátlapján rányomott pecsét helye. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
