A vasvári káptalan jelenti Garai Miklós nádornak, hogy Zsigmond király 1421. február 28-i parancsára Vas vármegyében vizsgálatot tartott, a panaszt jogosnak találta és Herman-i István fia Pétert megidézte a nádor elé Szent György nyolcadára (május 1.).
