A szepesi (Scepus) káptalan előtt Berzewicz-i Tedricus fia Lénárt a Scharos megyei Polon birtokán három, Péter, Pál és Márton jobbágyok által lakott ”curias jobagionales sessionatas” zálogba adja Péterfalva (villa Petri) birtokokban lévő részei és utóbbi Balu-ban lévő malomrésze felével. – Hátlapján pecsét töredéke – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fekete Nagy), Borsa Iván SZEPESI KÁPTALAN
