Garai Miklós nádor bizonyítja, hogy a Gömör és Torna megyék részére tartott nádori közgyűlésen Kouachy-i Beke fia Egyed Verbeche possessió elidegenítésétől Kouachy-i Beke fiát: Tamást, megszerzésétől és a birtokba vezetéstől Kouachy-i Miklós fiát Gált eltiltotta.
