Ulászló király királyi hozzájárulását adja Hederwara-i Miklós fia Ferenc és Czernek-i Desewffy István fia Ferenc birtokegyezségéhez és Posegawar, Podwersa várakon, Drynowcz, Mrachay és Ezeek kastélyokon és Posegawar városon és az egyezségben felsorolt többi birtokon levő királyi jogát a Rwdyna-i apátság kegyuraságával együtt nekik adományozza.
