4. d. congregacionis nostre. Miklós nádor tanúsítja, hogy a Zemplén és Ung megyéknek tartott közgyűlésén a nevezett megyék hatósága eskü alatt erősítette meg Buthka-i Miklós fiai: Pál és Miklós állítását, miszerint Gepel örökös birtokukat képezi.
