1358-02-21 körül. Konth Miklós nádor megparancsolja az egri káptalannak, hogy Budka-i Pál fia István és Batur-i Miklós fia Miklós perében tartsanak Szabolcs megyében vizsgálatot annak eldöntésére, hogy létezik-e Gawa és Berzel között Ayaktelek nevű föld és ez Chene fia Benedek halála folytán királyi adományozás alá esett-e.
