Nagykázmér. Kazmery István, Kazmery Tamás fia tanusítja, hogy Dobosy Dobos Pall az Ung megyei Tarnocz birtokot, amelyet Sigmond királytól kaptak, magának kérte. – Papír, szakadt – Az oklevél magyar nyelvű, nem középkori.
