Pálóczi László országbíró jelenti, hogy midőn aug.8-án ülést tartott, a veszprémi káptalan és Rátholthi Gyula fia László között vita tárgyát képező Kezy zalamegyei birtokrész és Halyagos hegy ügyében, Valyani Miklós és más Dyzl nemesek bemutatták előtte eredetiben a veszprémi káptalannak Halyagost érintő oklevelét. Ebből Wthes-i Albert veszprémi püspök és a káptalan másolatot kért és kapott. – Függőpecsét zsinórja. PÁLÓCI LÁSZLÓ ORSZÁGBÍRÓ
