Mátyás király előtt egyezségre léptek Báthmonostori Thythems László és Czél György, aki Thythems Lászlót pörbe fogta erőszakos cselekedetei és Abeli László fia István leányának, Katalinnak leánynegyede és hozománya miatt. Czél György most mindezek all felmentettnek nyilvánítja Thythems Lászót, míg utóbbi örök tulajdonul átadja neki a tolnamegyei abel birtokot és még 200.- arany forintot fizet neki. Eredeti, papir.
