Visegrád. in octavis f. Pasce. 1342. Károly király Sember-i Jakab és Egyed apjának Péternek, aki a zólyomi és bakabányai hospeseket fosztogatta, birtokát Sembert elveszi és Marochuk mesternek, akkori Hont megyei ispánnak adta azzal a feltétellel, hogy a hospesek kárát megtéríti. Az ki is fizetett a hospeseknek 60 márkát (latorum Viennensium) és királyi engedéllyel eladta a birtokot Vezzeus mester, Saskw-i várnagynak, a király hozzájárulásával. (Tartalmi átirat).
