Zápolya-i István nádor előtt panaszt tettek Gerle-i Abranffy Sebestyén: fia Imre, Gwth-i Orzagh Lőrinc felesége: Erzsébet és Harazth-i Ferenc leánya: Anna, hogy Zadorlaka-i Diczy Imre özvegye:Margit és fia: Ferenc Nemethy (Temes m) birtokuk felét 4 évvel ezelőtt zádorlaki (Arad m) várnagyuk Nagy György és Seeg-i Zer András által elfoglaltatták.
