Batthyány Benedek budai várnagy oklevele, hogy Budán, a Myndzenthwczaban fekvő házát, amely egykor Bwthkay Péteré volt, Enynghi Therek Imrének, nándorfehérvári bánnak 1200 forintért eladta és azt szept. 30-án köteles a budai bíró és esküdtek jelenlétében átadni.
