feria secunda proxima post f. ad vincula Petri apost. Ujlaky Lőrinc országbíró a bácsi káptalannak. Banki Bornemisza Mihály panaszt tett előtte, hogy Wardai János és Mihály két familiarisa garai jobbágyokkal az ő Bank nevű birtokáról elhajtották az összes lovakat, több mint 200 forintnyi kárt okozva. Küldjék ki testimoniumukat, aki kikézbesítse nekik az országbíró levelét, hogy a 15. napon jelenjenek meg a király előtt Bornemisza Mihállyal szemben. ÚJLAKI LŐRINC ORSZÁGBÍRÓ
