feria secunda proxima postf. b. Margarethe virg. et mart. Szabolcs megye hatósága jelenti Lajos királynak, hogy megyei törvényszéke előtt Komorói Ormos Imre arról vádolta Kyswardai Jánost, hogy Annak Lithkén lakó jobbágyai az ő komorói birtokához tartozó Alsóerew nevű makkos erdejéből elvitték a makkot. A megyei bíróság a jobbágyokat egyenként in facti potentie marasztalta el, ami ellen Kyswardai a kir. curiához fellebbezett. Eredeti, papír, 5 záró pecsét nyom. SZABOLCS MEGYE
