”ad Beatam Virginem”. f. IV. p. conv. Pauli. Ketche-i Peckel Fülöp liptói (Lipthouiensis) ispán és a szolgabírák tanúsítják, hogy Malethin-i Szaniszló ”sigillum nostrum presentando” jelentette, hogy Feyerpathak-i István fia: Péter és Tamás fia: Márk meghagyására Tamás és Márk minden szomszédját, nevezetesen a Lipcz-i polgárokat és a Malethin-i nemeseket, birtokuk használatától, különösen pedig a favágástól.
