A somogyi konvent jelenti a királynak, hogy miután Pálóci László országbíró 1465 dec.4-i parancsának végrehajtásaképp a somogymegyei Felsewbathyan possessió birtokába Pazman Ozsvát özvegyét: Dorottya asszonyt be akarták vezetni, annak Korothna-i János mester nevében ellenmondottak, amiért őt ellenmondása megindoklása céljából Dorottya asszony ellenében Szent György nyolcadára (máj.1.) a királyi prézencia elé megidézték. – Bathyan falu villicusa: Ferenc. – Zárópecsét maradványa. SOMOGYI KONVENT
