I.Mátyás király királyi új adomány címén Kerezthwr-i Imrének adományozza a Somogy megyei Feyereghaz possessióban levő részeit, melyeket már ősei békésen birtokoltak és maga jelenleg is birtokol, vele adományozza egyben a benne levő összes királyi jogot. – Szöveg felett kanc.felj. – Szöveg alatt piros viaszú rányomott pecsét maradvány, papírfelzet külön.
