10. d. Sabatti a. Divis. apostol. A kapornaki konvent jelenti I. Mátyás királynak – Litt. rel. super inquis. cit. et. Insin. Miután Bátori István országbíró 1473 junius 25.-i parancsára Zala megyében megtartott tanuvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint a panaszos előadta, illetve a mandátum tartalmazta, Thothy-i Bertalant, fiát: Balázst, Zegh-i Pétert és társaikat Thothy, Zegh, Kerechen, Bakonak s Kaal possessiókból a királyi jelenlét elé Jakab apostol nyolcadára /aug. 1./ inszinuációval megidézték.
