A kapornaki konvent Ország Mihály nádornak jelenti, hogy amikor 1468 junius 23.-i parancsára Paly possessió és Byk possessióban néhai Byk-i István részei birtokába Bodogazzonfalwa-i Lászlót be akarták vezetni, annak Gersei Pető fia János és Byk-i Hoczman Lázár nevében ellentmondottak, amiért őket Jakab apostol nyolcadára /aug. 1./ a királyi prézencia elé megidézték.
