A szekszárdi konvent előtt Iwanfalwa-i Miklós elengedte Gersei Pethő Jánosnak ama eskü letételét, melyet ennek 50 magával kellett volna vele szemben Vízkereszt nyolcadára /1478 jan. 13./ letenni és erre vonatkozólag őt nyugtatja, azonban saját személyében az esküt Pethő Jánosnak le kell tenni.
